Applying for a rental property

Instructions for completion of Tenancy Application.

• When filling out the Application for Tenancy all questions must be completed.
• All applications must be accompanied by 2 (two) written tenancy references. Landlords may accept personal references; this is on a case-by-case basis.
• If a pet is indicated, you must supply a written request to the landlord for permission to have that pet on the property. This is a requirement as per standards Tenancy Agreements.
• All of the above requirements must be fulfilled for Tenancy to be considered.
