Commencing in 1975, MF Brennan & Co boasts plenty of real estate experience with Proprietor Terry O'Rafferty sharing his wealth of knowledge with Property Officer Amelia Murphy and Administration Skye Proud-Williams.

Terry O’Rafferty

Proprietor

Terry started his career in the financial sector before joining a local agency as a Real Estate Salesman in 1988.

As well as being a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Terry is also a Licensed Stock & Station, Business Agent and also an accredited Auctioneer.

Terry became Proprietor and Licensee of MF Brennan & Co in 1998, with his main focus on residential and rural sales.

Amelia Murphy

Property Officer

Amelia joined MF Brennan & Co in 2023 and is a determined and hardworking member of our office. Being a Temora local her whole life, Amelia has extensive knowledge of the local area and surrounding towns.

Skye Proud-Williams

Administration

Skye commenced work at MF Brennan & Co in 2025 and is currently working part time in the administration role.
